I'd consider a GW on the Lord. Your initiative is poor, may as well get S7. I'd say the same for the scar vet, but I believe it'll leave him with only a 2+ armor save?

Perhaps switch items? Steg helm on hero, destiny on lord? Just a thought. Leave them both with a 1+ AS
