Hi everyone it's ya big mad lad Dread saurian here to Pitch a list if the title didn't say enough. So let's not mix words and get to the list
This is a WIP so it will be adjusted based on the future FAQ, arguments and discussion on what would be more efficient for my very niche army.

Ditch 10 Skinks to upgrade one Priest to a Starpriest?

Re-arrange the Skinks to 30/10/10? Units of 30 with Starpriest/Priest buffs still deal 10 damage vs 4+, coupled with 26" threatrange it's still decent.

Ok so here's the deal with the skinks. They're kinda there as obj holders while the big scaly boiz wreak havok
 
Sure. Just food for thought. Might also come in handy to reach something where the two of you can't go ;)
 
With new cohérency rules and number on objective I would go (but I lack of expérience) for one steg for battleline for a little of shooting and 2x5 Knight to fullfill the battleline

I would drop all the skink and keep just a Priest for his bonus for the Steg and add a starpriest for mortal for a dread or Knight
With no dispell the skink will be easy to decimate according thé numerous anti horde spell in thé game
An Eotg for complément healing could be nice but it's wholly within and Dread are too Big for that

Slaan : 265
Maybe one salamander ', 3 terradons or 10 warriors to finish
 
Either of you two lads know how much a mage of ghur is and a hearthfire phoenix costs?
 
Nope, no idea, I didnt know this model before it was mentionned in another topic! It can debuff ennemy unit around ?

Just bought m'y Saurian 1 month ago, I hope very strong that it's stay in V3

Gotrek along his Dread look fantastic on table with Thunderlezard allégiance

With the monstrous rampages on the charge it has a capability to deal up to 9 mws to infantry on the charge and 6mws to monsters.
And well the potential to deal an upwards of 51 wounds by itself in thunderlizard without buffs is always something worth of discussion
If they gave it the leader keyword It would basically be an auto include because prime warbeast makes it ludacris
 
Roar of ruin is a wonderful way to tell your opponent's to spend a cp to keep their hordes you ravaged in place. I'm more excited for the Totem buffs to be honest just to add more insult to my juggernauts
 
I'm looking to do a dread saurian thunder lizard list as well. So far I've got:

Scar Vet on Carno
Skink Priest
Dread Saurian
20 Skinks x2
20 Saurus Warriors

No idea what else to put in. It's my first Seraphon list and just wanna sing Jurassic Park while stomping around the table with big dinosaurs.

Ok so you have a lot of points left still. So why not grab a basti a stegadon a couple salamanders and some knights you got a full fledged theme going on.
 
How about a list based on a video caleb hasting posted but with double dread? He made a video of 1dread list with mass heals.

Haha thx, gotta love engine tho :p. Lemme know what list you end up with! Im working on my first dread saurian atm but secretly about to order a second already xD
 
Ive been looking at dread saurian + gotrek instead of double dread. Using the tankiness of the dread to tie things up in combat and make it easier for gotrek to catch them and smash.
