AoS 2k thunder lizards

so i have 2 lists kinda leaning on the second one but I'm wondering which one would be stronger? i don't have any models anymore cause of a house fire but I will slowly get my army back up and seeing what models I am going to pick up first. haven't chosen battalions or enhancements yet.

I'm open to any advice and changes. not sure if that endless spell should be gemininds just thought it would be quite handy with the stopping commands thing it has. i have 100 points free for endless spells on the second list

I don't really fancy the stegadon too much in either list.
I would rather have the skink screens and support heroes at the same time.
The starpriest isn't offering you much here as much as a starseer or priest.

I would take the second list, swap starpriest out for a starseer, swap stegadon for some skink or saurus knight screens and then add another salamander

I gotta ask why are you fielding in Thunder Lizards? Wouldn't a Starborne Constalation make more sense with the amount of CCP you can generate. I like Tav's suggestion and think with 2x Salamander (reinforced) in Starborne, so you can teleport them, you are good to go.

I’m not sure why I don’t do starborn it definitely has its advantages in this list. I just like the shooting twice thing for the bastiladon and I like how it’s a tank and the coalesced other characteristics. I added another list on here shoulda just posted it on here haha donno why I didnt.

I'm thinking about if I should keep the astrolith bearer or not.

I like your new list's better for TL, I think cutting the Astrolith is fine and also suggest cutting the Skinks.

Taking your List #2 as example here:
- Astrolith (150)
- Skinks (225)
+ Knight's (110)
+ Stegadon (265)

The Knight's are our best screen and still do good dmg in TL, the Stegadon gives you good shooting and meaningfull meele.
It would look like this then:
