Cogs just got nerfed hard so I would start with the second list. I don't know what the total points are but if possible I would cut the scarnosaur for 2 more salamanders, shrink one of the skink blobs to 10x to make room for a starseer, and switch a starpriest to a regular priest. Imo priests and starseers are auto-includes for every list
