So I have been reading through a fair few of the other lists and I did not see any other lists with no Slann (maybe I missed them). I have had a fair bit of success with this list as is. I will probably change at least one unit of the skinks to chameleon skinks after reading through comments on other lists.

Just a side question, does anyone else run lore of metal on a Slann? When I run a Slann I always use lore of metal and it has never failed me yet.

Nice list. Where do you place your lords/heroes? Are they all in the saurus block or do you let them be lone characters or what? Just curious.

Yes, chameleons are nice.

I personally like metal as a lore. I just think that light and life have a much better synergy with the LM than the other lores do. There is another thread on here where a guy ran a double slann list with light and metal. The rest of his list was skinks and skrox and a couple cowboys to mop up. I don't recall how well he did with it.

Thanks for the reply!! I place my old blood on cold one with the knights and the bsb and old blood on foot (general) in the saurus block. Thanks for the other lists, i have been want to try a steg in the list but no to sure atm.

With metal i have found that with heavens on a priest u can get some really nice combos rolling and i love armour 4+ skinks!! I understand why life and light are good but life is damn boring imo.
