im new to this so im not sure if what i say is much use but i like the list, i would change 1 salamander to a razordon, i would also add another stegadon (thats just me cause they are awsome) but im not sure what u would trade out. hope this helps somewhat.


p.s what colour have u given them?

Yea i like the stegadons a lot as well. I wanted to have an engine in my list but couldnt find enough points to have one...maybe in 3000..

At 2500 points I typically take 2 units of 2 salamanders with extra snack. I also take at least 2 units of 5 chameleons. I would drop some of the saurus and put in a unit of skrox (40 and 4 or at least 30 and 3). That unit will be able to either tie up a unit so the saurus can get to them or flank a unit. With your current list, the skirmishers are nothing more than a speed bump for the first unit to hit them.

As far as the stegadon goes, I like the ancient stegadon alot (salamanders and chameleons are more important though).

sorry if i wasnt clear, i meant colour scheme of you lizardmen do you use the blue of the typical or have you chosen somthing more unique. just asking cause im collecting them soon and wanted some ideas. thanks and an engine of the gods would be great to boost your skink priest.

O lol
yea i paint mine blue: regal - ultramarine - ice blue- space wolves
then i put a think layer of the blue wash
i do put a LOT of god on them though, i paint all their bracelets and what not with gold and also the center row of the spikes on their back and i use the taucept foundation - shining gold - (sometimes the devlon wash to make the creases darker or the sepia wash to make it brighter but for my core i dont put any wash - it keeps the gold brighter and since theres not too much, its not overwhelming)

thanks arli - how do skrox match up to saurus blocks - cause i have a unit of them (3kroxs and some number of skinks), but i was going to include them in 3000
idk what could go to make room

í think to make some points space you should cut the skirmishers down to 1 unit (maybe with 12-15) and cut down the 29 sauras with spears down to 20 or get rid of spears. just a suggestion
