I might be waiting for the new codex before seriously spending money on lizardmen, but if not, this is wait I was thinking of doing.

Looks like a core of your army. I have a few comment, though they basically is based on my own playingstyle and preferences...

1. Always consider a Scar-vet. They give you hitting power, flexibility and (with some items) a challenger.

2. Don't like anciet krox becous of the high amount of points he take. Try to save some extra points elsewere and buy an extra krox instead, giving you 3 extra wounds, and 3 instead of 1 extra attack.

3. Divide your skiks in units of 10 for mobility unless you'r affraid of panic tests, but considering our lovely cold blooded rule, I tend to go for mobility here.

4. Your Slann kind of suffers from the "all eggs in one basket" With a 2.gen. and 16 temple guards.... I would have made it 12 temple guard, made your saurus warriors bigger, and divided your army strenght a bit more.

Again I will just say that these are my preference, and I notice your army isn't like any of my own meening I haven't tried something alike. I usually go for a stegi, krox units of 3 and a scar-vet. And I never take Scrolls! But hey, that's just me ;)

Well, I am a total fantasy noob. At this point I am planning ahead on what to buy.

1. Always consider a Scar-vet. They give you hitting power, flexibility and (with some items) a challenger.

I was considering a Scar-vet, but magic kind of preceded CC killyness.

2. Don't like anciet krox becous of the high amount of points he take. Try to save some extra points elsewere and buy an extra krox instead, giving you 3 extra wounds, and 3 instead of 1 extra attack.

Good point, I think I'll use the points toward a Scar-vet.

3. Divide your skiks in units of 10 for mobility unless you'r affraid of panic tests, but considering our lovely cold blooded rule, I tend to go for mobility here.

I just thought that big squads would be nice. I can drop some for points toward a Scar-vet.

4. Your Slann kind of suffers from the "all eggs in one basket" With a 2.gen. and 16 temple guards.... I would have made it 12 temple guard, made your saurus warriors bigger, and divided your army strenght a bit more.

I have 16 because it makes a nice 20 model block when the Slann joins it. I could drop some though.

Again I will just say that these are my preference, and I notice your army isn't like any of my own meening I haven't tried something alike. I usually go for a stegi, krox units of 3 and a scar-vet. And I never take Scrolls! But hey, that's just me ;)

The scrolls are kind of insurance against those, "Oh crap" moments where you really do not want the magic power going off. Like I said total noob here. Any opinions are welcome.

Well, good luck anyway with your new army and may the Old Ones ensure your many victorys over the lesser races ;)

don't forget about units of kroxigar for heavy armored targets or straight up flank slaughter

or war machine hunting with terradons

After due consideration, I made some changes. Any comments on this list?

Now, this list really kicks ass!
You now have a lot more diversity in playing your game, given your smaller units and a better spread army power.
Your center is still the Temple Block with the Slann, but you'll find it easyer to convert to different tactics as you go along.
The Enemy facing you, will also have more problem in stopping your forces, as you have several deadly troops, not just few big hitters you rely on.

If you play this list, let me know what you experienced. I usually play a very simmilar list myself, and it would be good to hear what other people think of it :)
