7th Ed. 2200 pts with no Slann or Skink priests

I've been trying to make a list with absolutly no skink priests or slann, and after playtesting it yesterday against chaos daemons, i figured the list was good but needed some tweeking. So, i after some rethinking, it came to this:

So, my General acompanies my troops, so as to give them his LD and to be able to support them on a charge. The JSoD will go into the rare unit of Saurus warriors and charge out of it when the time is right. My last list hat a unit of 6 Saurus cavalry, but i thought the Cav is a bit overpriced for what it can do, and since i wanted some Terradons, i switched them for a unit of 4 Kroxigors. The non-scouting skinks are my screening units, and the scouting skinks are my annoy the everloving snot out of my opponent unit.

So, any thoughts?
 
The army looks great, very deadly looking. However if there is any weak link in your army it is the massive unit of rare saurus warriors you may find they don't make up their point cost. Unfortunatly in the current addition the saurus warriors don't have the bower they should. However I would suggest giving what you got a go, you never know it could work perfectly.

Another suggestion you may want to make your army a Sacred Host of Tepok, that way your first saurus warriors will be core and second special. And it will give skinks spells resistance I think. Not sure where the link for that is anymore since they made their website "better".

... Those fraggers. I'll try to find the link on one of their other country sites that hasn't been "upgraded" but so far no luck. If I can find out a way to post the pdf on here, I'll do that instead.

Now as far as the army list, I'd say Craken hit it dead on. It looks solid, but the points you're throwing into the Rare saurus block will more than likely not be made up by the end of the game. I'd go with the Sacred Spawning idea if the rules can be made available to you, as it'll only cost about... 60 points more. (Skink units buy the spawning for 20 points and get Magic Resistance 1.) If you did add a priest for whatever reason, they'd be casting off of the Lore of Light.
 
Tepok list would be 20 pts extra for each skink skirmisher unit and skink character

Any model that can take a spawning has to take the Tepok spawning. Saurus warriors that have BSoT in a sacred list remain core.

But if you really want to harass your opponent you could try to substitute something out for 5 or 9 chameleon skinks.

Yesterday i played about 3 battles, using 7 chameleon skinks sintead of the Terradons, and i must say, i love them. The results where a massacre, a minor loss and a minor victory for me, against orcs. I must say, for a new army, they are faring pretty well for me, and especially cold blood is working for me (i somehow manage to roll two 1's for most of my LD tests).

Today ill be having another battle against 2200 pts of High elves, so ill post how it went.

About the sacred tepok list, i chose for this version because the only difference between a tepok list and this one is that i have to dump 10 skinks, which i really dont want to do.
