Also, you don't appear to have a BSB in the list, so you should find 25 points (from dropping the illegal magic item) to make the slann a BSB. Also, you have to declare which lore the slann is using at the point of creating the army list. I recommend the lore of life.

In addition to your heroes being illegal, they are also sub-optimal skinks. If this is to be a tournament list against strong competition, then I recommend taking a scar-veteran rather than a skink chief.

I personally find 40 saurus too big and that skinks work better in units of 24 with 3 krox, but whatever floats your boat.

This is a weird number to use, as it doesn't grant full ranks. I recommend finding the points for 2 more and bumping the unit up to 16 (so when the slann joins it you can use the unit in a 5x4 formation rather than a 5x3 with 3 lonely temple guard hanging off the back or a 6x3 where the slann can be attacked if you are rear-charged. In fact, I would make this unit generally larger by dropping a few spear saurus and using the points to buy temple guard instead.

No rare choices? I think you will sorely miss salamanders in this army. Also, though this is less of a big deal, I think the list should include some nice and cheap skirmishing skinks. I'd change the core setup to two decent-sized units of saurus (20 works if that's all the models you own), a unit of 24 skinks with 3 kroxigors, and then some skirmishers.
