I like the list however if you are going for superspeed, loose the saurus warriors and throw in kroxigors

Couldn't agree more.
As for the skink priest, why not using it as a scroll caddy? The diadem in a lvl 1 priest at 2k seems a bit of a waste of points.

i've been using the diadem to hold over 2 power dice for dispel phase, bringing my dispell up to 5 while he's around. using one to go ahead and try to get a portent of far off

I find that usually the damage Kroxigors make up for the lack of racks pretty good, also 4 wide they count as a unit of 16 for outnumbering.

Thats how I do it. Sometimes if I'm real worried about magic I'll add in a lvl 1 scroll caddy for 6 dispel and 2 scrolls. It may be more expensive than the spawning of Tepok but it spreads put those victory points better by keeping unit costs down.

so i tried to drop the saurus and add a unit of 4 krox and a few more skinks... then immediately discovered that leadership was a huge deal... first turn my Fsod and salies ran off the table with a unit of skinks right behind them... any ideas on a good way to fix this?

JSoD general. Run him around your skinks where LD is needed the most

keep with the kroxigors cuz u got all those skinks, so u can use the skirmish screen 2. the 2 units have the same movement, so that helps also. The skirmish screen has helpd me so much, seeing as how skinks cant do much to begin with.
