Right off the bat, your chameleons are not priced correctly. They should be 78 with the stalker, though I wouldn't bother with the stalker as you will be relying on the 6s to do the damage. Plus if you dropped the 2 stalkers, thats an extra cham, and 2 shots at +1 BS is not as good as 4 at the same BS, when its the 6s you need anyways.

As a harassing unit, I don't know if its really worth investing the pts into full command on the cavalry. They are gonna charge up on a flank and help out something else, or hunt warmachines, so probably can stick to just the standard, though I'd probably run em naked, if at all. Thats a lot of pts that could be spent on sallies and more troops.

Another block of saurus, or 3x Salamanders is a better use of that 250pts IMO. Just because its a casual list doesnt mean you shouldn't have effective units.
