8th Ed. 2 k list help needed

been trying to create 2k list and been have some troubles to decide between 2 lists
here there are

scar-vet light armor, shield, halberd, and -2 armor thing

89 point remainder not idea where to but it

Dino with backup raptors

as flanker of stegadon vs coc which one do think is better in this list also what do you recommend to modify and were to put the last points.

I'd go for the second list. Use the 44 remaining to get a ward save on your scar vet, and maybe venom

is 6 coc really provide better flanking attacks then stegadon can someone explain plz :

Less prone dying to a cannon or trebuchet. And 12 S5 attacks plus 6 S4 hitting you in the side with a 2+ armor save isn't bad. I'd also add those 44 points could be spent on a magic banner in them if you have a standard bearer. Flaming or swiftness or discipline are decent choices.
