Now to lead off with I know this probably isn't the most competitive list. I'm playing my VC buddy this weekend and the more I thought about this list the more fun it seemed to be. Will it work? No idea, best way to find out is to try it. The over all plan is that Kroak casts his spell through the skinks. I figure each Skink will get off one turn of Arcane Vassel prior to it dying. The Cloak of Feathers skink is for turn 1, then the others for turn 2 and 3. Tetto'eko is gonna go with the Skink/Krox. He's mainly there for rerolling 1's and if something does happen to Kroak I've got a back up caster.

Nice list! This is pretty similar to a Lord Kroak list I had planned but I was thinking about running more TG and a Saurus block. After looking at yours I think I like the additional shooting better.

Let us know how it goes. I'm yet to read of actual Lord Kroak usage with the new book.

The reason I'm taking the Skink Cohorts over the Saurus is Tetto'eko gets to chill in their 2nd rank. I'm not sure he is the best choice for this list yet but I wanted to try him out.

i think tetto'eko is perfect for it actually.

he allows D3 units to vanguard.

Vanguard the cloak preist 12, then he gets a 20" fly. turn one his smack bang in the middle of the enemy for kroak to cast through and bring the pain BIG TIME.

Love the concept.

And i love Kroak, so good for his points IMO.
