This is just a rough draft for now.

Skink chief with itzl, mounted on horned one with spear, enchanted shield, blow pipe, light armor, venom of the firefly

skink chief with Stegadobn helm, light armor, shield, biting blade, spawn of topek,
22 skink skirmishers with brave and bows (general)

skink priest-lev 2 diadom of power, talisman of protection, spawn of topek

22 skink skirmishers with brave and bows

24 skink cohorts with brave, musician and SB

next thing i plan to add is terradons x 6 followed by krox and horned one calvery

Otherwise good enough...but why Skink Cohorts? In my opinion, they suck. Why?
1. They are not skirmish (not fancy -1 to hit, Elves are just gonna shoot them in the first turn)
2. They are not good in close combat (T2, can't fight even against Goblins)

Glad you realised that Kroxigors are what you need. You will need something heavy hitting in your army. Maybe a Stegadon, too?

as ive said ive only played 40k, and thought i had to have one regiment of infantry. would it be better to take them all as skirmishers????

i do have a question about the priest. as it is, with just one priest, ill be getting 5 dispel dice. will i be able to use as many as i want?

Only your power dice are limited to wizard/level, not your dispel pool. Has long as you have dice, dispel away!

Cheers!

yeah, im gonna break the skink cohorts into 2 groups, slap on tepok on both so ill be getting 7 dispel per turn. would it be better to have the chief with Ld7 or another wizard?

Ld 7 in a close combat unit, even with cold-blooded, is bad enough already, so go with the chief.

Cheers!
