8th Ed. 1500pt armylist need help!

Hey everyone. First time posting, but have been reading for some time now. Very nice place by the way.

So i am playing against my some friends on Sunday. We haven't been playing since 6th edition but decided to get back in to the game, so i could use some help with my list (did not play lizardmen at that time). For reference we have a Daemon player, a Dark elf, Orc and goblins, Wood elf, Bretonnia and a skaven player.

at 1500 pt i was thinking something like:

Slann
lore of life
Focus of mystery
Focused Rumination
Bsb

Scarvet
Light armor
Great Weapon
Bane head
Venom of the firefly frog

121pt

23 Saurus full command spears

306pt

10 skink skirmishers

70pt

10 skink skirmishers

70pt

6 Chameleon Skinks with stalker

So what do you guys think?

Seems like a fairly typical 1500 point list,
nothing bad or unusual. You should be fine.

Good to hear. Im not too low on saurus units?
Any ideas then for upgrading it to 2000pt when the time comes?

Just add more saurus and skinks for 2000...

Sometimes, but it's best to take a couple if any, so all of the shooting isn't as concentrated on just one.
