You probably need a combat block just to clear up the weaken units as even my 150+ shot army has trouble dealing with big blocks. I'd recommend 24+ Saurus to do the job. Also use some of the spare points to get a skink priest with scroll and make the slann a BSB. I assume the slann is on death with the bane head?
 
cant get in a skink priest, as that would bring my hero up to 25%, yea he is on death :)
 
Holy Skinks!

Adding Terradons would be fun. You only need 5 of them to get up to 1500.

crown is enchanted , so is bane head ;) and the main goal is to keep that unit OUT of combat :$

thinking about forbidden rod (for the low magic phase)
or dispel scroll...
 
I'd vote a saurus block too but since your trying to keep a skink theme could do a Skrox unit.
Can get 3 krox for 165
 
Looks like a points denial list to me. I would definitely get either a dispel scroll or cube of darkness on the slann, and give the crown of command to one of the cowboys.
 
I've played an all skirmisher List for a while and I can tell you that a stegadon or 2 and ascar vet cowboy are key to victory so you can have some heavy hitters
