Greetings all.. Been checking those forums for sometime and decided to "ask" your help for a list.
It's been a while since i've played so a little help would be nice to get me started on making better lists in the future.

I know the dwarf player won't take Bolt Throwers since he prefers the Organ Gun below 2k battles.. and if i remember correctly he didnt have any hammerers.. And he will take Slayers.. thats pretty much all i know about it.

I know Terradons are a must but i only got 2 Terradons yet since i forget to order them all the time and other shops i go to never seem to have them.

Any suggestion/comments are welcome.. but please.. be gentle

Woot, no bolt throwers or hammerers? Shouldn't be too bad. Also, slayers are a non issue, just poison them to death since they have no armor. Do not charge your stegadon into them and you will not need to worry about them.

Your skink chief doesn't need to take light armor or shield, just look at the rules for the howdah. He gets 3+ armor for a steg, and 2+ if he's on an ancient. He can't modify this any further with his own equipment.

I'd recommend a burning blade of chotec on the scar vet, it will help cut through dwarf armor efficiently.

Without terradons, I'm not sure how to tell you to handle the organ gun... just pray it blows up. It blows up 1/18 shots, so not a horrible chance.

Well i kinda assume my Stegadon will be shot down ASAP.. so if i give my Chief some armour he could still walk around and help out a little without being killed instantly by some random bullet... 4+ Save isnt that awesome tho.. but its only 4 points total..

Geuss you'r right about the BBoC .. since i need to kill some stuff first to get the Fear from the Hide or else it is just useless.. Blade + Maiming Shield it is then!

It is kinda sad to not have enough Terradons since i would love to try them out and throw rocks at people .. but i've never seen him actually shoot with the Organ gun.. It always explode when he plays against me..

Sorry for Dubble Post..

So the fight was today.. resulting in a Minor victory for me(31 points away from a draw). I didnt use my cold ones to the fullest and im kinda ashamed and sad about it.. since they are such good tools to use. Whiped away 50% of the block of slayers when they charged.. with just 5 natural Cold Ones. Also i didnt use my Stegadon really well.. but i geuss i wanted to try the Bolt Thrower out since i never used one before..

My saurus were able to hold a unit of Ironbreakers but since i screwed up big time i only managed to kill 2/3 of the unit or so.. my unit without the Scar vet had to endure both a block of Warriors and Longbeards and still holding pretty well.. Go double 1! But eventually they had to run and rally the turn after..My skinks didnt kill much since one unit got scared away by some Rune.. didnt take on the challenge to charge the unit so i ran away(I will never take Javs again.. Not my thing).. letting them end up in combat in the 5th round killing 4 warriors with taking wounds. Salamanders.. im not really happy about them in this fight.. they didnt hit that much units.. shooting too far or too close.. missfired the first shooting attempt both.. Omnomnom skinks.

In the end i managed to score some hard points from the slayer whipeout, Organ gun kil..l slapping away half units and taking a table quarter.. Lost points because i had my Terradon flee in the end and salamanders too. But i had loads of fun.. next Saturday i got a 2k points against him.. he told he wouldnt have that much more than he had now( And no Hammerers ^^Yeay).. so i should be able to work on that.. Ordered 2 Terradons.. still have to buy a box of Temple guards and i think i will try out a Krox with Skinks.. Who knows!
