This guy will die Quick! It is your general and has a save of 4+...I do not think this is a good idea!
Build it to be a Nike saurus (SSoQ, SSoS, LA, Sh, GW, Charmotjw, Ward save, or something. It now has durability. When placed within your SW block this is not the best build! It does not need the charm, but maybe the enchanted shield and stuff to give it a 1+ save)

What's your plan with this guy? He cannot cast! (you know 1 spell and generate 3 PD. That's not much. At avarage your opponent will have 3 or 4 dd and some scrolls! Why give him the necklace......he should never be in combat! If you wanna doe something within the magic phase make him lvl 2 and give him the diadem of power. Now he still cannot cast much, but you generate 5 DD because of the diadem and stop your opponents magic. Keeping your guys alive!

Skinks Rock! The magic number of skinks is 10 or 13. This has everything to do with the panictest at 25% casualties. At 10 this makes 2,5 --> 3. At 13 this will make 3,25--> 4.

I would only scout 10 skinks. Most of the time the scenery will not be so kind that you can actually hide more.....

12? Thats a hellovallota points for a unit that will die soon....I understand you need an anvil unit, but then make this one 15, 16 or 17, so you keep your ranks with casualties. Drop the banner on this unit!

I think that 5 is the max with these guys. They have a 3+ save and 1 wound each! They die to fast and way to easy...

Again 12? Spears? They cost you 2 pts per SW. You give them the SSoQ for a better save and then ditch the save to give them more attacks. I would give these guys hw&sh. for a 3+ save in CC. It is better to let these guys live longer then hit more! They will be charged and each save made is a saurus striking back!
