This guy will die Quick! It is your general and has a save of 4+...I do not think this is a good idea!
Build it to be a Nike saurus (SSoQ, SSoS, LA, Sh, GW, Charmotjw, Ward save, or something. It now has durability. When placed within your SW block this is not the best build! It does not need the charm, but maybe the enchanted shield and stuff to give it a 1+ save

What's your plan with this guy? He cannot cast! (you know 1 spell and generate 3 PD. That's not much. At avarage your opponent will have 3 or 4 dd and some scrolls! Why give him the necklace......he should never be in combat! If you wanna doe something within the magic phase make him lvl 2 and give him the diadem of power. Now he still cannot cast much, but you generate 5 DD because of the diadem and stop your opponents magic. Keeping your guys alive!

Skinks Rock! The magic number of skinks is 10 or 13. This has everything to do with the panictest at 25% casualties. At 10 this makes 2,5 --> 3. At 13 this will make 3,25--> 4.

I would only scout 10 skinks. Most of the time the scenery will not be so kind that you can actually hide more.....

12? Thats a hellovallota points for a unit that will die soon....I understand you need an anvil unit, but then make this one 15, 16 or 17, so you keep your ranks with casualties. Drop the banner on this unit!

Oh ya, wait we do have them as well. I am not founds of these guys. They crumble like undead and will not be that great in combat. imho that's 120 lost points.......

8? That's a big, hardhitting block! If this reaches combat it will kick some a$$.
I think that 5 is the max with these guys. They have a 3+ save and 1 wound each! They die to fast and way to easy...

Again 12? Spears? They cost you 2 pts per SW. You give them the SSoQ for a better save and then ditch the save to give them more attacks. I would give these guys hw&sh. for a 3+ save in CC. It is better to let these guys live longer then hit more! They will be charged and each save made is a saurus striking back!

Sorry to be so hard on you with this list. I am missing some strong points of the Lizzies in here.
* Where are the Sallies? They ROCK! auto hitting. and wounding on 4, 5 or 6's against most of the stuff you encounter.
* You only have 1 skink screen. Pray you do not meet any shooting army. They will release 2 or 3 (maybe if they distract your fast troops even 4) rounds of shooting at ya, before you reach the other side.......if you make it that far!
* You have no mage hunters. Terradons, Nike saurus or something that's across fast to mess with them.
* Your blocks of 12 will be outmanouvered.

After al this nagging (sorry for that...Filter the good tips out, negate the nonsense). Some pointers....

- I would field fast moving hard hitters. i.e. Kroxes: 4 wide (That's 12 wounds, chariot busting, fear causing and able to charge through your skink screen.
- Add a unit of "Dons" for messing with there flank, hunting mages, marchblocking.
- More Skinks!
- Have a plan! If you want to play some role within the magic phase. Boost the mages! If not, make sure you generate DD and build for combat. Field maybe 2 Scar-vets with the SSoT to generate 4 DD, but add allott of combat powers.

I have to agree with every point made by freakndell.
 
Thanks for all the advice. I have never really battled before so therefore I have no field experiance. Right now I just have the battalion(thats why some of my numbers are weird). I will try to fix up my list and have a better one ready soon.
