Gonna be playing for the first time, and I wanted to do something a little goofy... I dont think it's horrible nor too competitive, any suggestions?

I think your list can work well. Combat skinks are less optimal than Shooting Skinks or Saurus Warriors, but they still have some solid synergies and their base size allows them to fight in multiple ranks. I would consider maybe going Coalesced for the extra toughness and attacks on your Terrradons/Ripperdactyls, as you wont be able to make much use of Parting Shot. The extra 3" movement turn 1 and summoning just doesnt feel as impactful. The bravery might be worth it though. Dracothions Tail might be the better option if you want to stay Starborne.
