I'm facing dark elves sometime soon. Usually i go the CC scar-vet route, but i wanted to try something new. I'm working on a conversion for a Scar-vet with great weapon, so i though i'dd through him in as well and see how he fares. The dark elf list will probably go pretty magic heavy with at least 2 sorceresses.

Skink Priest:
-Lvl 2, EotG, Plaque of Tepok, powerstone

not sure on the powerstone, but i want to be able to control at least one magic phase to launch my veteran at a mage of his.

Skink Priest:
-Lvl 2, Blood Statuette of Spite, scroll

BSoS seems fun to use on a sorceress, or at least drain 2 dispel dice or a scroll with it.

Scar-Veteran:
-LA, GW, Shield, Jaguar charm

15 Saurus warriors:
-Spears, mus, std

2x10 Skink skirmishers:

6 Chameleon skinks:

5 Cold one cavalry:
-std

4 Terradon riders:

1 Salamander hunting pack:

total: 1498 points

I might have a little to much combat units for a "magic" list but hey, the points must be spend somewhere :P

Hope you can help me tailor the list! :D all critics are welcome.

you can get either a GW or AHW on the scar vet, not both:P
i do suggest using those points to get a standard on your coc's. if you don't have enough points drop the musician there aswell, if you get a draw with coc's it's a bad sign.

Yea now i remember...right, so that's just the gw then.

I can remove the AHW, the COC musician and the extra handler to get that standard. Guess that's a good move.
I'll edit the original post.
