This is my first list, I have always liked skinks, so I have made a 1000 pts list. Any advice on this list would be great and if it is competitive or not. The idea is mostly beasts fleshed out with skink cohorts and skirmishers.

The two skink chiefs will run with the cohorts, I would have given the skink priest flying if I had the points but alas I don't. One problem with the list is that I don't have a viable general at the moment. The skirmishers run on the flanks hitting off others with their blow pipes. The Terradon riders would be warmachine and wizard hunters moving as fast and as far as possible. Finally the Stegadon and Bastiladon are the real muscle of the army shooting and stampeding their way through (might change the giant bow for giant blowpipes), the cohort protect their flanks.
Any pointers/advice would be great
