to be fair, that's how rerolls on 1s usually work.
Not wrong. Was playing a game of Combat Patrol recently - Chaos Knights vs Votann. Shot the big melta thing from my War Dog Brigand, rolled a 1 to wound.... command reroll... still a 1...

They are not likely to release the old stuff I want to complete armies. Some maybe but unless I go through a recaster, and the few I know don't sell to the USA due to tariff costs, the cost is insane if I can even find them.
