I still have about two hours, so I'll be priming epic warpath.

They must be pretty hard to paint, being so small and all.
I have plenty of experience painting 15mm Flames of War minis. I was a bit intimidated by Epic Warpath being 10mm scale, but they are heroic 10mm and Plague faction also has everything kinda mutated with extra muscles, so they are bigger than normal soldiers. All of this combined means, they are same size as 15mm.
It will be fun to paint forge fathers afterwards, because they are not muscle buffed and also dwarfs. :D

As for difficulty of painting, I leave most of heavy lifting to preshading. Since I make shadows beforehand, I don't need to be as precise with a brush.

And for you personally, as someone who picked bloodbowl team with the tiniest minis, I have a photo here :D

How long does it take to paint them as compared to traditional 28mm scale models?

OMG that is so funny, the Snotlings look huge in comparison! :joyful:

I would say that single base with 3-4 models take roughly the same time as single 28mm mini.

It is not that huge :D And there are also some big creatures in Plague army that are size of a skink :)

I couldn't just look at all those Forge Fathers without thinking about colour scheme, so I painted one unit of tanks to test it out :)

Also, everything Plague is cleaned, glued and on base with ground texture.

Also, old phone gave up after almost 5 years. Pictures should now show much more imperfections. :D

I painted couple of little buggers today.

HQ Stage 1A Lord:

And unit of Mule APCs, this time with homemade flags. Only thing resembling flag symbol I found was this, so I tried freehanding it...IMG_20260123_161033.jpg

It didn´t end up great, but it is so small, it doesn´t even matter as it is only a smudge from three feet distance. :D
