So I bought some FW daemonsmiths and an AOW chaos lord, which came in the mail yesterday. Getting some blunderbuss proxies and hobgoblin archer proxies coming in the mail too.

I did a thing today! Ran out of Daemons to assemble for my 40K army, but something else I ordered off of ebay came in the mail and I got distracted. Isn't ADHD a wonderful thing for a hobbyist to have?

Soooo... since I have to spend a lot of time carving crystals for the bases of my daemons from hex rod, I'm focusing my hobby endeavors elsewhere between carving crystals.

Not exactly today but yesterday, we (as gaming association) attended a convention in a small town in our area, which was centered mostly around comics, but we hosted one of the secondary events, which was all about games.
The number of people we hosted and allowed to play was incredible. All the tables (5 for the boardgames and 2 for wargames & 3d miniatures) were always "sold out" throughout the whole day.
A great success!
