I spent a couple minutes of google trying to figure this out. Gun-arms are far more popular than gun legs.

Apparently a Dick Tracy comic villain had a gun arm in 1950. This is earliest direct inspiration I could find.

There were cases in fiction and history where a person was beaten with a prosthetic legs, but usually it involves an aggressor attacking someone with their own leg, not the person using their leg as a weapon.

There are real life examples of men with wooden legs smuggling weapons in their legs but they didn't fire them from the leg.
