For the Last Alliance a Numanorian with spear (arm of a Gondor warrior). For the Mordor company an upgrade to Orc Tracker (created from a Warg Rider with bow and a Warg Rider. New to the company is a Morgul Stalker (created with the body of a Uruk-hai Scout and a Morannon Orc head and I added a cape cut from paper)

@JTSleep I found the time today to gather my Isengard forces:

The only thing missing, I just realized, is my Isengard Troll and 18 wargriders I am using as part of a Mordor army.

The plastic bag behind the army is about 15 3D printed crossbows to convert warriors with. Instead of buying the metal models.

Here are two I did today:

That is one lovely collection!
Those crossbows are great, I was eyeing them as well, but only found them as physical, so I decided I don´t want to pay shipping (and inevitably tax on top) and bought these ones as stl, currently waiting to be printed with ballista.

Have you dug it for inventory purposes, or are you going to paint them?

I lately am very distracted by some non GW models.

These are from the Heroes of Might and Magic 3 Board game.
Me and my brothers backed the kickstarter and my brothers asked me to paint the models to there original colors.

The process has started:

These are just 2 of the 6 faction in the Board game

Cool project. They're looking good!

Hope you're doing well man!

This is looking great, I especially love the cloth, looks so natural! The quiver also looks very realistic to me. Keep it up man

Thank you very much man. I like the project very much, but it will take some time to complete all the models from the Board Game. 6 factions, each with 7 units, 2 Hero models and a Town model... first faction nearly completed.

more Pictures will follow ;)

Neat paintjobs on those minis! HoMM 3 has a special place in my heart. Have you had the chance to test the board game?

Thanks a lot man.

It has for me and my brothers as well, played it a lot though highschool and study. We have played it for a couple of times, it is very much fun to do and lovely to see how they managed to integrate the game mechanics into the board game.
Only thing is you need to have the time to play a proper game. With 4 players it takes around 45 minutes to complete a day (a round) with scenarios reaching 10 to 16 days it takes a good while.

So we haven't really played a scenario to the full end yet.

Playing with painted miniatures might help ;)

Can certainly relate! Sounds like a lot of value for the money. But yes, with that many rounds I can imagine that it takes time to complete a game. I look forward to seeing the "towns" painted. You do not happen to have Tower in there somewhere? (favourite town :D)
