If I had that level of control while watching Star Trek would not have allowed Terry Farrell to have been replaced by Nicole de Beor. De Beor was actually moderately entertaining to watch but was only half as good as her predecessor. Much like Incredibles 2 versus The Incredibles

In the US all he needs to do is go down the local gun supermarket and buy military-grade assault weapons and he'll be a full replica. No checks on his age or sanity needed over there because 'tHe CoNsTitUTiOn'.
