Much younger me took a small lump off a finger, I finally spilt a pot of Hexwraith about a year ago, back in the days of metal models of course I ended up sticking a finger and thumb together, I have dropped many of my models (most have survived) often due to not having a paint handle, and have clipped too much off a few models when de-sprue-ing.

Surprised there isn't one for forgetting/missing mouldlines, slipping with the brush and ruining an area you just finished painting, or finishing an army just in time for the rules edition and/or codex/battletome to change. :P
