There's no doubt about that: i don't respect the sportmanship, but i admire the technical qualities.
If we look at "the best player" including also your whole figure as positive image of the essence of football, then Pele is IMMENSELY superior, because both had stellar skills but only one of them was a true man of sport in its purest form.
