Thanks. Yes, they're pretty much my designs. I mean, I looked online for ziggurat shapes/styles, so I guess they're not that far out of the box. After looking at it, I wonder if it looks a bit similar to Raven Twin's palanquin design (especially with the horns).

I also looked online for Aztec snake head designs and wing designs. You could do the same to get better sculpting details.

The snake poles are just an idea after looking at traditional palanquins with tops/canopies. But it reminds me of a model I saw using Saurus banners. Plus, it looks kind of cool without a top.

The two-headed snake circle design looks similar to Kroak, but its actually something I came up with to add to the back of an Astrolith. I thought it could make a neat seat back.

I only made the ones that take effect later in the turn. IMO, no need for such reminders for instantaneous effects like the ScarVet command abilities.

I also made some CP tokens as I don't trust myself with a counter die. I usually use it to chant a prayer or knock it over and lose count... Tokens are the way to go for me.

It looks like the file you shared for the CP is an older version than the one you show off in your picture. Any chance of getting that CP token? It looks wonderful!
 
These three are just the beginning...

And I plan to make many more designs that will be interchangeable to achieve completely customized floating palanquin.

I am open to more ideas...

Saw some new Lizardmen stuff over on myminifactory by SRS Studios. Don't much like the models, pretty chunky and stiff to me. There are also bases and terrain though. Lizardmen march pledge gets you a handful of lizardmen, some raptors with optional saddles, a big "Lizard Tank" bastiladon, and some bases for $5. This is a my mini factory pledge manager style deal with late pledges available. So slightly different from normal model purchasing.

Third potential option would be to purchase the files as if you did have a 3d printer, then take the files over to a local 3d printing company. In the case of miniatures I would recommend you make sure the 3d printing company uses resin printers if you go with that option.

Looks like we missed a Lizardman patreon in October, but they are continuing their work into November. DragonsLake Miniatures continue their Sarian Ancients line in November with cold one cavalry, saurus guard, and a slann. I haven't seen any of these painted up but I did subscribe to their patreon earlier this year when they released some skinks. The miniature images look very detailed and in-line with official product units. Personally don't like their still kinda sedate and pudgy take on cold-ones, but they are close to what we have officially in overall bodyshape. I'm always down for lizardmen using skulls as helmets though so the guard have that going for them.

Prices range because it appears they still have some first come supporter discounted prices, but normal non-limited tiers are $8 per month non-supported, $10 per month pre-supported. Lizardmen in October were Saurus on Carnosaur with multiple weapons and two carnosaur poses, normal saurus infantry, and a saurus hero or lord on foot with weapon options.

Most small timers like me will upcharge to pad thier margins so they don't get big by riding costs.

I keep mine at reasonable rates because I don't like overcharging people.
