This... is Raja. He is sleepy. Raja is my cuddy kitty who likes me, tolerates my wife, and tries to attack everyone else (humans and ferrets for some reason) because he is territorial.

Today, we... have survived the vet. Raja got tuna for being a good(ish) boy.
Diagnosis: he has cancer
The oncologist is not entirely sure which kind, but neither is good. Only time will tell for sure, but he has about a year, they're guessing. We were told what to look for in the future and they gave us some meds to give him if he needs them.
Radiation therapy was discussed... which we cannot afford, but it isn't likely to help in his case anyway. Surgery is an option, but would involve removing his ENTIRE LOWER JAW, and that's no way to live. We're going to do what we can to keep him comfy and happy for as long as we can.

He has been with us for 11 years of his (we think) 12 year lifespan so far. His previous owner... let us just say that there was an ex involved and Raja was not treated well by them. We like to think he likes living with us better.

Today I haz many sads. :(
