Hmm. Yes, I guess you could do something like an LED string around you, but that would really only look effective from a front-facing/rear-facing view.

What if you could procure some sort of glow-in-the-dark fabric? It would only work in low/no light conditions, but it might look cool. Of course, it would mess with your vision.
