The never-ending battle against woke Hollywood and SJW infused entertainment media [trigger warning]

One more interesting thought. Think of the double standard at play here. If a comedian (man or woman) made a joke about a balding man, no one would even bat an eyelash. No one would be offended and no violence would be instigated.

It's funny isn't it? That it's all boiling down to the modern female supremacist movement once again? All because of the poison the Left has injected our society with.

[background, Will and his wife have an "open marriage", but from past interviews, it seems like something pushed by her and he appears less than happy with the arrangement]

Seeing all of this makes me feel sorry for Mr. Smith, to see such a famous and respected actor be reduced to the level of an enslaved beta by a manipulative sl*tty wife. All he needs to do is walk away and leave her to her filthy antics, and if she comes crawling back he can then either make new fairer arrangements or shut her out of his life entirely, but he just can't see it.

Let this be a lesson to you all, fellow men - respect and love your woman, by all means, but if she tries any BS with you, it's clear she's not the right one for you after all, because it's clear she doesn't respect you enough. Any woman worth your affections wouldn't be trying any BS with you in the first place, because she would want to be your teammate, not a liability that leeches off you without giving anything in return.

Whether Dwayne Johnson would be unpleasant enough to make a joke demeaning someone suffering from a disease (which is unlikely given what I've heard of him)

Yeah, I have never heard anyone describe the Rock as anything other than positive and uplifting.

In my opinion, Will Smith was a broken man seeking an ounce of his stolen masculinity but when broken men attack, they bully those weaker than themselves.

I cannot imagine Chris Rock fighting back. And if they got in a real fight, Will Smith is bigger and stronger than him.

And ironically prove that they lack masculinity, rather than have it, as a masculine man doesn't need to step on others to succeed. Indeed a masculine man wants both himself and others who are deserving to succeed.

If Mr. Smith wants his masculinity back, he needs to learn to say 'no' to his wife if she tries to control or otherwise disrespect him, as I've outlined above.

Surely it is never too late to throw off the shackles of oppression?

That's true, but it's been what? 2 years? since Smith degraded himself to one of the lowest points for a man.
And he keeps digging himself in the mud.
The lower you are, the harder you have to work to regain some dignity and respect.

True, but so long as he remains afraid of that work, the worse and worse his situation will get as the hole he has dug gets deeper and deeper.

It's ultimately a test of his backbone - if he has one and both begins and perseveres with this work, trying to succeed anyway regardless of any fear, he will be rewarded with greater respect from everyone around him, including his wife, for showing that inner strength, whereas if he doesn't have one and caves to his fear, then he will continue to be punished as others around him see him as a weak fool and take advantage of that, including his wife, for showing that inner weakness.

From that point of view, the impunity for his latest actions and the praises for the award are not going to help.

  • Jada completely de-emasculates Will Smith
  • Will Smith has an emotional breakdown and assaults a man for a simple joke
  • we get memes as a result of the whole situation

Do you guys seriously refer to some people as "betas" and "Alphas?" o_O
Yes. Most people seem to generally understand the classification, even if it is a rather simplistic one.

Even if it isn't true in the case of wolves, it holds for other animals. For instance, Hippo pods definitely have a single Alpha male (who will sometimes allow beta males into the pod).

Just so anyone knows, the originator of this concept denounced his own work.

I aim to use the terms with no relevance to that paper, but rather to represent my own definition of strong (assertive, kind, respectful, tolerant, honourable, brave, respectable, committed, stable, loyal, perseverant) and weak (aggressive or passive, spiteful, greedy, selfish, cheating, damaged, cowardly, bullying, lazy, manipulative, untrustworthy) men, so that others can understand my philosophy, rather than coining new terms that others are less familiar with.

I'd also add that not everyone falls neatly into one of the two classification systems, and equally, such distinctions are not necessarily applicable across all situations.

Additionally, some people can transition from one category to another. Will Smith is one such example, as in many ways he could have been considered an alpha at some point, but is now the exact opposite of it. Sadly, at this point he meets the literal definition of a cuck.

So, as I stated before, it is pretty simplistic and crude classification system, but is generally easily understood and conveys the intended message efficiently and without much ambiguity. I think it is a fair system for the more extremes of society (at either end of the spectrum), but less applicable to those in the middle.

which is pretty much the job a term should do, so the whole "beta", "alfa" and "sigma" thing works.

In this case, its current use in social human context doesn't need to refer to a scientific classification regarding animal pack behavior.

The term alpha and beta are flawed imprecise terms, but all language is flawed and imprecise.

If I chose to only use words that perfectly convey 100% meaning every time, I would not talk or write.

I don't have a better way to describe the mental mind sets of men.

If "beta" and "alpha" are somewhat imprecise, "sigma" is really imprecise.

There are three predominant definitions of sigma floating around.

1) A sigma is an introvert with alpha traits or an alpha with introverted traits.

2) A sigma is a loner who takes care of himself and doesn't care what other people think of him.

3) A sigma is like an alpha but better! You can be a sigma too, just send me $999.99 for my series of videos to show you how to embrace your inner Sigma Male!

Anyway, to steer away from Alpha, Beta, Sigma, Zeta, Omega males, the Critical Drinker is always on point with his observations about pop culture.
