8th Ed. Quetzalcoatl proxy?

I've got a fun 3rd party mini of a feathered, winged serpent rearing up. It's certainly not large enough to be a monstrous creature, I've always wondered what I would use it as in a game of 8th ed. Perhaps a lvl2 Skink Priest with a Flying Carpet?

I've also got some nice metal condor models for mounting skinks as teradons, and a skink chief riding a "terror bird"! All long untouched since the last days of 8th edition sadly.

Whenever I saw a good random mini for lizardmen I'd buy it! Never got brave enough to try painting the Coatl rainbow feathers, but it's a nice mini rearing up on its tail.
