AoS Help with list containing Starseer

I just love the skink starseer model and am new to the game with only about 800pts. I would like to build a 2k army that relies on/contains this awesome lizard and have seen some lists use him with saurus knights. Is his only synergy with the knights in a Coalesced list, or is there a purpose for him in a decent Starborne list?

well knights also work well in star born. that aside he supports warriors well they like the charge buff. come to think of it hit -1 to saves helps every one out so he can be good in almost any list

Oh great! Thank you for your reply. I didn't know how general his use was or if he was only effective in specific lists.

he works best in melee armies but him being able to drop saves makes him useful every ware

I want the starseer in almost every list, his warscroll spell allows for applied offence or defence as required beyond his 3d6 charge and CP generation

My only reserve for him is against strong magic army like Tzeench or Lumineth because of his point cost but still an excellent warscroll
