Elves are immortal, it's not like their time can really be wasted. It's not like they are doing anything while they are watching generations of men be born, grow old, and die.

I always wondered why an immortal race of bad asses that are more or less upholding the fragile balance of the universe didn't have greater population numbers especially when their women look like this:

I am very fond of gallows humor. I just wish they spelled "sunny side" correctly. When I make a meme and find a spelling error, I will make a brand new meme just to fix one letter.

Indeed. And it took a lot of time and effort to make those eggs. Each one was hand drawn in ink. I'm sure at least two or three eggs were accidentally broken or smeared or otherwise messed up.

Given that eggs are not square, it was probably a mahrlect pain to arrange all the eggs so they were all facing the right way and turned up properly for the staged photo.

With the time involved, the photographer's breakfast probably became cold before he could eat it...

All that effort only to be undermined by a typo that spellcheck won't catch.

Memes are notoriously bad in terms of spelling and grammar. So through sheer rarity, I'd call it a somewhat lofty standard. Plus, it is a pain in the butt to go back and redo the whole thing, since you can't just edit it. I've had to go back and fix memes I've made, but most people clearly don't bother.
