Announcement Profile Postings are now called Flickers

Kind of like tweets, only lizards don't tweet, they flick they tongue. Get it!?!

Anyway, otherwise the function is the same. You post 140 character "flickers' about what's on your mind.

Flickers are intended to be casual posts, but the forum rules still apply to them, so keep it nice.

Apparently you can also use the @ function to flag specific people in your Flickers, just like with regular posts. Scalenex informed me that he did indeed get my tag in a reply to someone else's flicker.

Someone made a reasonable request in an unreasonable way. We are not mad, it was innocent mistake, but we are instituting a new rule (updating in the FAQ) as well.

Do not use Profile Flickers to ask a member of the staff a question about the operations of this forum. Do not use multiple flickers to ask all the staff members a question at once.
