It's true.

It's one of the odditites of Star Trek that pretty much every Alien race is humanoid.

Star Wars has this balanced I feel.

There is an episode of Next Generation where they put a lampshade on this and it explains that all the current humanoid races in the Galaxy were seeded by an ancient precursor race that was alone and so seeded all the planets so that eventually the Galaxy would be teaming with life.

Those are nifty little creatures, have you seen the Youtube video of a dude making an obstacle course in his garden to see if they would figure it out to get to the food.

Grrr, Imrahil

There is a reason they don't keep bird seed in Fort Knox, but don't take my word for it.

Totally to both of these.

Squirrels are definitely the ninjas of the animal world.

I remember reading a TMNT story when I was a kid, that featured mutant squirrels as ninjas. Was far more believable than turtles becoming ninjas TBH.

I'm sure you can do that in an After The Bomb campaign, though that's to no surprise when it used to be licensed as the old TMNT RPG.
