Blog The Return of Kroq-Gar — a Humble Scribe's Painting Blog

Lovely, really nice traditional lizards! I like your basing as well.

Thank you very much! I was motivated partially by nostalgia to start a lizardmen army so I really wanted to recreate the colour scheme of the studio armies I used to stare at as a kid but never got the chance to collect. There's something about the blue/teal lizards look that I always really liked, although I will be experimenting a bit more with shields and with the colouration of the various mounts and beasts as I acquire more models.

Made a bit of quick and dirty terrain for use in both 40k and AOS, some large line of sight blocking rock formations with a jungle theme.

This one was definitely built with 40k in mind so that even tanks can hide.

Great model and painting of it. Love the little lizard on his shoulder.
Great work, love the model!
I hadn't noticed the lizard, but amazing little detail.

Thank you both very much! And same, I also never noticed that little guy until I was painting the model myself!

Not a Seraphon update but decided to get into Warhammer Underworlds with the new starter box, here are my test models for each warband.186513727_474379770459991_8780629820387236067_n.jpg 186540177_924368598365550_7116277655743485725_n.jpg 186481068_254428816465877_4480630483545275943_n.jpg 186501596_4121216317922189_1037609861615485366_n.jpg 186520845_523589491974746_384080729938587501_n.jpg
