What’s this symbol then? I’ve seen you sign your posts with this a couple of times. It looks like a Khorne symbol but there are bits missing.

Is it some sort of Chaos Dwarf Rune?

It is indeed a Chaos Dwarf symbol. It's widely used over on Chaos Dwarfs Online forum .

Other than its revival and use on the CD forum, bit is pretty old school GW. I believe it first made an appearance waaaaaaay back in the day:

I couldn't find any reference to it in the Tamurkhan book.

Ah, the 4th Edition book. Even that one was White Dwarf exclusive for some inapparent reason.

I still don’t understand why GW never gave the Chaos Dwarfs as much love as the mainstream Fantasy factions, even when they first came out with this 4th Edition book. They were a great concept that looked and behaved visibly differently from the other Chaos factions.

Some companies like Mantic and Russian Alternative do stock their own Chaos Dwarf ranges which look great, but it’s just a shame that they were never given a full-on plastic official range.
