I am awaiting my order including Guards of the Fountain Court, which my Minas Tirith company has gained after last battle.

Last Wednesday I received the mail that my order was delivered at the office(more likely to be someone around during the day than at home), but since last Tuesday we in the Netherlands are back in to a hard(er) lockdown...
So won't be able to collect the package until mid January

That sucks.

I bought a very expensive Christmas present for my wife from the US, it's now not arriving before Christmas because of the lockdown (when I ordered it at the end of NOVEMBER).

Funnily enough, it cleared customs on the 23rd and arrived magically on the 24th! Just in time for Christmas!

A little update on the last model of the Ardboys Unit: The Gorkamorka Icon Bearer.

only thing to do is highlights on the bare metal bits and weathering of the armor.



The icon is suppose to resemble the emblem of the Bloodtoofs. It is getting close I think, but am doubting to add a Bronze tooth in the lower jaw(the most left big red one). For reference see below

I feel like he is done: didn't go for the bronze tooth o the icon(yet) because of the other bronze items already on it, might be to much.

Yes, there actually is. On the first models I painted, of Lizardmen, there were a few skulls and decided to paint them gold.
Mostly because I have a few young kids and didn't want to make the skulls to realistic.
I transferred this concept to the Ironjawz.

Doing this for a while made me like it over the normal looking skulls, to be honest.

Once in a while I paint one bone-ish if the surrounding colors demand it
