I was happy to see her introduced into the series, but she is not nearly as cool as Qui-Gon!

Pretty much yes. I haven't actually watched any of the Disney movies, even when I had a subscription to Disney+. It just wasn't worth my time. No one I knew who saw them had many good things to say about it and none of the critics I like said very many nice things either. I know they are not total dumpster fires because they have some good jokes, good cinematography, and good visuals but in my mind, the story always should come first.
