Oh sweet summer child, Eccleston is the Ninth Doctor, the show started in 1963 and ran through 1989 before taking a long hiatus, then returning in 2005 with what you are now watching. (I choose to ignore the 1996 TV movie). The old stuff had some great stuff, some horrid stuff, and some stuff that was just there. Some if it (most of the Second Doctor from 1966-1969) are lost to the sands of time, and as far as I'm aware there is no good way to gain access to watch all that does still exist.

I feel you there brother - for around ten years of my life I also developed a fear of bees and wasps after being stung on the back of my left hand by a wild bee out in the New Forest. I no longer mind bees so much now that I know they do a lot of good to the world, but I’m still edgy around wasps. I can now put them out if they come in, but I still feel compelled to keep them at least at arm’s length!

I only play the original StarCraft, and Zerg for the win (though Protoss are cool too)

As for my fact that isn’t a response, I have never been abroad (unless you count either Wales or the Isle of Wight as abroad, which I don’t :D). Nor do I really have much intention of going abroad, there’s not really any other country that attracts me to visit it on holiday, and you can see the best bits on TV anyway ;)
