GW News: LAS VEGAS OPEN 2025

Not impressed at the idea of GW allowing a Goblin to host last year’s Christmas bonanza, Josef Bugman’s Kharadron descendant has arrived to spread cheer from next week all the way up to Christmas Day:

Great model, especially in my view given I have the original Bugman model. Bound to be expensive though...

That is a pretty impressive model! Love the keg/tankard on his back!

It's Bugman for kharadron. Very beautiful model, i hope it can be fielded with them.

But yeah, obviously i've got the original model and i don't know if i'm going to pick also this... descendant.

Usually the special models have rules, so I guess. Not sure how he'd fit in with the KO though, he's quite possibly the first KO who doesn't carry anything that shoots on him.

I think the Endrinmaster was the first, as he has a massive hammer, and the Arkanaut Admiral is also a very melee-oriented character as he only has a pistol as his one missile weapon. The Endrinriggers are also a mainly melee unit - like Fyreslayers have one missile unit despite their melee bias, Kharadron do have a few melee elements despite their shooting bias.

Just showed the model to @Mrs. NIGHTBRINGER and she loves it too!

It's much nicer than the Gobbo that came before it.

Very lovely, though I doubt if he can get this drink down his metal face...

Grrr, Imrahil

All of those have at least a pistol though. I mean sure, those units have a melee focus, but literally every single one can shoot. This seems to be the very first exception to that.

A hint at what the new book will contain

Seems like there'l be some new battalions, some new units, faction traits for CoS & CSE for some reason alongside the already announced mount traits.

I just hope we won't end up needing to have 20 different books again just to play one faction...

I think this is the plan.
Basically everyone that play those factions will buy the book, and so on...

It's highly probable that, in the long run, it will be detrimental to the game. But GW couldn't care less, as long as the flow of money goes on.

meh, I just hope there's someone at GW who realizes that it can't be sustainable and stops it before it gets truly problematic. Or at least that they'l use the GHB as a summary each year, at least that'd give the GHB some worth as well.

I hate to be negative on this one, but I'm not blown away by this model, or the helmet-less option. I don't know, I kind of like the previous Bugman minis better.

More books! More books! More books!

Books as far as the eye can see!

To each their own. :)

every bit of wall that can have a shelve already has one, I need a bigger house/appartement :p

Even that works only to a certain point, i assure you. You just move the critical point forward in time, you don't eliminate it and eventually it will be there again. :p

Buy the neighbours and knock down a wall or two to combine the two houses. I doubt I can fill an entire block of houses in a single lifetime :p
