So do to my area, more in likely any army I build will end up being a shelf decoration. My only experience with Seraphon/Lizardmen is Total War Warhammer 2. My end goal is an army with all the legendary lords besides Lord Mazadamuni, because I just don't really like the Slaan. Lord Kroak is the only Slaan I am considering adding.

Well, even if the only thing you can get into due to your location is painting, this is still an amazing hobby to have! On that note, there are a whole bunch of threads with advice on painting and I recommend you start your own blog there as there are always friendly, helpful people on the forum who are more than happy to pass on painting tips.

And, who knows, maybe you'll find someone you can play a battle with! Check out the other threads in AoS (which is what I'm assuming you're playing) and maybe you can find someone near you!

Another idea, if you're interested, is find your closest GW store or store that stocks this and ask them if any players or clubs are nearby.
