3 fingered hands make me think it's some kind of skink with that bulge under the arm makes me think chameleon. Maybe a seraphon model for warcry/underworlds maybe not. Seeing as how it's a flute
I bet it's a skink snake charmer thats part of an underworld with a sotek worshipping theme to it led by a skink priest with the rumour engine staff from before.

It does look a little skink/chameleon-like. But the bone flute feels more undead. Hmm...

If some of the previous comments end up true (with a razordon and skink warband), then I could possibly see some "monster" charmer skink warband. Or the snake/Sotek idea you mention. If it did something to help razors or sallies, maybe that would actually prove useful in an AoS army?

nurgle daemons have 4 fingers, and nails, and boils/sores/etc. these arms are too clean for nurgle.

I dont see why a Skink would use a bone for a flute. They are rather crafty, so surely they would have made it out of gold/bling bling.

True. This MAY be due to delays because every country is in some form of lockdown, but probably not. Elves will be the new SCE.

plus I don't really mind the SCE much. The only issue I had with them was when every other new release was SCE. But seeing as undeath has overtaken them that's no longer much of a concern
