we can use ours as long as you follow the alliy rules but they can't use theirs

yes you take them for their warscroll nothing else

im pretty sure you can take ream artifacts but not the book ones.

this is correct. your faction specific artifacts are restricted to members with the faction keyword, but the realm artifacts do not, and tehre is no rule against allies carrying them, per section 17 of the core rules
