It would be amazing if the Skink alpha rule remained but was all units within 8" of it now. Would make a first turn charge feasible.

Probably safe to assume 1-3 is bad like it currently is, leaving the engine with potentially 2 of the 3 options being bad. Healing d3 wholly within a small area is garbage.
I hope they don't trade that for horns... that would be silly considering the build of the model lol but maybe fewer attacks in each, stomps jaws horns etc, for a slight increase in attacks overall.View attachment 67405
With this command ability the steggadons will probably have a low amount jaw attacks with high dmg potential. With this and coalesced atleast 2 extra jaw attacks.

Only good for monster mash if you have wounded models, which is not super often. It would say if you could bring models back and it does not, that's almost exclusively a death mechanic anyway.It's basically only good for monster mash unless saurus get multiple wounds or it brings models back.

Yeah it's those guys that generate the points.I also like the fact that Skinstarpriests and Starseers can horde some cmd points. Really look like we will be a cmd point heavy army. (Think starseer would het the 4+ right?)

guys the points are just about dead on where they are now... think about it,
2x steg blowtorch = 400
2x steg dracula sniper = 400 (800)
2x whats this part do again steg = 540 (1340)
1x blastoise and venusaur love child = 280 (1620)
1x look at my cute puppers that are actually stompy murder machines = 200 (1820)
assuming the skink chief is an actual hero and a separate warscroll now, and assuming there are a minor points increase per stegadon because they ARE better... that's only 150 points to be made up. assume a 20 point increase (reasonable) per steg, no increase on EoTG or Basti (reasonable) and an additional 10 point increase for a hero warscroll steagdon (reasonable) and BAM! theres your 150 point difference.
