I was thinking more along the lines of test rats, as those things are such an affront to the great plan.

I'm actually curious how they're going to touch the subject of lizardmen souls, if they do
as far as I know lizardmen have never had fluff for an "underworld", afterlife or their own "old one of the dead" and it's debatable whether lizard souls work like the other races'

I'm assuming the stars were both where they came from and where they go to, since back the old world too, but it would be nice to not run on assumptions for once

They got half their stuff. They're actually missing their generic HQ and a good few kits for new units.
I agree that it won't interfere with our stuff, but it quite possibly change the focus. We shall see.

Lizardmen definitely have souls and an afterlife of some kind, there was a small lore snippet where Mazdamundi brought back Saurus spirits to fight for him in a battle. The original Seraphon you could say.
